At CAL JUNE, every piece is thoughtfully curated with intention. We want you to feel confident in your purchase while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.


1. RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

  • Day 1 begins on the date marked “delivered” by the carrier
  • Returns requested after this window will not be accepted

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Items must be free of:

  • Deodorant marks
  • Makeup
  • Stains
  • Pet hair
  • Perfume or fragrance
  • Smoke or other odors

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards or appears worn, used, or altered.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Any item returned outside the return window
  • Any item that does not meet return eligibility requirements

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@caljune.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Follow the return instructions provided

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Shipping protection or insurance fees (if selected at checkout) are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CAL JUNE is not responsible for lost return packages.


6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are issued for the item price only (excluding shipping fees)
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refunds if items do not meet return conditions
  • Issue partial refunds if items are returned in damaged or unacceptable condition

7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)
  • Place a new order

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or
  • Issue a refund

Claims submitted after 3 days may not be accepted.


9. REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned due to incorrect address
  • Undeliverable

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct return shipping fees from your refund
  • Charge a restocking or handling fee (if applicable)

10. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By making a purchase, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, order confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment provider
  • Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive disputes may be restricted from future purchases

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CAL JUNE is not liable for:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Improper care, washing, or handling of garments
  • Normal wear and tear

12. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
  • Limit or deny returns from accounts with excessive return activity
  • Update or modify this policy at any time
